Kevin and Audrey Sullivan are known for their exceptional care, integrity, communication and service to buyers and sellers.

Partners in life and business, Audrey and Kevin have been practicing real estate for a combined total of over 40 years.  They share experience working in one of the nation's top selling master-planned communities,  as well as the Central Florida Market.  Becoming a successful part of the growing Sarasota real estate market several years ago was a dream realized. 

After three decades in the Florida real estate industry, Audrey's longevity can be attributed towards her role as a trusted advisor and her ability to create a comfortable environment for her customers. Audrey also carries the SRES designation that provides a customized approach for buyers and sellers in the 50+ market.  With extensive experience in both new home construction and residential resales, Audrey will bring her expertise and positive attitude to every transaction.

 A Florida native, Kevin has been serving homebuyers and sellers since 2004.  An avid golfer, Kevin has knowledge of all area golf course and country club communities, and can assist with any of your golf and real estate questions.  He believes it is important to be fully invested in the success of those he serves – meeting their needs, providing support, asking the right questions and ensuring a successful and stress free transaction.

Outside of real estate, Kevin and Audrey both enjoy the area's beautiful beaches, golf, and the plentiful opportunities for appreciation of the arts.
